01Watch Your Video the Best Way

Please download the file from the cloud before playing!
Due to the nature of cloud services, issues such as sync delays, video corruption, or playback failure may occur depending on network speed.

A calibrated LED panel 27 inches or largeris recommended.
For the viewing environment, turn off all lights and use white mood lighting or indirect lightingfor the perfect setup.

*Colors and brightness may appear slightly different on OLED displays

iPhone / iPad / MacBook

Long press the brightness bar → Set to 1/3

True Tone / Night Shiftshould be turned off.

LG TV

In picture mode, enable Filmmaker Mode.
If unavailable, enable Cinemamode instead

02Watch on TV via USB

Connect the RAUV Film USB to the USB port on the back of your TV
and use the TV remote to navigate to the media tab for playback.

If your TV supports YouTube, you can also stream directly from your phone to the TV.
Contact us through our consultation channel and we will provide a YouTube link.

03Save and Share Without Quality Loss

KakaoTalk — when sharing via

Settings → Chat → Chat Options → "Send videos in original quality"must be enabled.

USB / Cloud — when transferring to

After drag and drop, always verify the transferred video plays correctly.

If your video has been lost, please contact us!

Even if the storage period has passed, your video may not have been deleted yet.

Interviews with the bride, groom, and parents from both familiesare highly recommended!

If not too long, we include them in the highlight video.

Capturing these moments during the ceremony makes the video much more lively.
