Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the 100,000 KRW deposit and completion of the reservation post on the RAUV FILM website.
Even if you have been notified that filming is available, the date may be closed without notice until the deposit is paid and the reservation post is submitted.
Filming proceeds in the following order: Bridal room → Ceremony → Group photos → *Optional (Reception (Part 2) or Paebaek (traditional ceremony)).

Filming begins 1 hour before the ceremony, starting from the bridal room.
A confirmation call will be made 4-5 days before the filming date.
The remaining balance (excluding the deposit) should be transferred by the day before the filming date.
All files are delivered via cloud transfer.
Some footage may be uploaded to RAUV FILM's SNS or website with the client's prior consent.
Filming methods may vary depending on the filming environment. Filming may not be possible in unexpected situations that have not been discussed in advance.
2. Post-Filming Guidelines
Wedding ceremony videos take approximately 60-80 days from the filming date.
Original and edited videos are stored for 2 months from the final delivery date and will be deleted without notice thereafter.
One free revision of the delivered edited video is available. (Additional revision requests will incur fees)
Please download the delivered files promptly. RAUV FILM is not responsible for delays caused by the client's unfamiliarity with download methods, decompression errors, or similar issues.
All consultations and requests are handled through the KakaoTalk RAUV FILM consultation channel. Please maintain your KakaoTalk consultation channel membership. RAUV FILM is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by leaving the consultation channel.
File delivery dates may change due to internal circumstances.
If original footage is deleted, re-delivery is not possible.
