Article 1 [Application of Terms]
Service users are subject to these Terms in relation to the use of wedding ceremony filming services provided by RAUV FILM, and are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon making a reservation.
Article 2 [Consent to Information Provision]
- RAUV FILM collects the minimum personal information necessary for the smooth provision of services, and the collected information is used solely for the purpose of service provision.
- RAUV FILM will not provide personal information received from service users to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
Article 3 [Invalidation of Reservation]
Reservations may be invalidated in the following circumstances.
- If the contract contains false information, or if the contract was concluded based on false information provided by the client
- If sufficient information has been provided but the deposit has not been paid within the designated deadline
Article 4 [Refunds]
Refunds may be requested within 1 week of the deposit payment. After that period, the following provisions apply.
- Refund of the deposit is not available for cancellations due to a simple change of mind.
- Cancellation 45 days before the filming date: Compensation of 50% of the total product amount
- Cancellation 30 days before the filming date: Compensation of 100% of the total product amount
- However, in case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, the reservation may be transferred to another person.
Article 5 [Compensation and Indemnification]
In accordance with consumer damage compensation regulations, in the event of loss of all filmed footage or accidents caused by disasters, the following compensation standards apply.
■ Compensation standards for footage loss due to other causes after filming
- Total loss of footage for 1 Person 1 Camera [Budget Type]: 300,000 KRW
- Loss of footage from one camera for 1 Person 2 Cameras [Standard Type]: 300,000 KRW
- Total loss of footage for 1 Person 2 Cameras [Standard Type]: 600,000 KRW
- Total audio loss of video files: 150,000 KRW per camera / Partial loss to be negotiated
- In case of partial footage loss, compensation shall be negotiated based on the ratio of lost time to total filming time according to the extent of the loss
Compensation does not cover dissatisfaction due to a simple change of mind, dislike of the video style, or results influenced by environmental factors at the filming venue (lighting, noise, movement restrictions, etc.).
If RAUV FILM encounters a situation where it is unable to carry out the contracted filming, substitute personnel will be deployed or a resolution will be reached through consultation with the client. If substitute personnel cannot be deployed, the full amount received will be refunded.
Article 6 [Copyright and Portrait Rights]
Copyright is owned by RAUV FILM, and RAUV FILM may use the filming results for marketing purposes.
Portrait rights of all persons appearing in the product belong to the Bride and Groom.
Article 7 [Confidentiality]
All contents of the contract shall not be disclosed to external parties.
In the event of damage caused by non-compliance with the contract terms, both parties shall bear legal responsibility.
